Volunteers travel to oil spill claimants
November 29, 2010Bart S. Burnett, 58, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Tennessee, died Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, of a massive heart attack.
Mr. Burnett was Catholic. He worked as a mechanic for the Eastside Bowling Alley.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine Bourg Burnett; and one sister, Jody Burnett.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty Jo Hebert Burnett and Charlie J. Burnett; and his grandparents, Daisy and Otis Hebert, and Sadie and Sigue Burnett.
He will be cremated in Tennessee.
