‘Crimes of the Heart’: Tragedy, laughs
January 17, 2011Benjamin Edward “Ben” Spoon, 28, of Laurel, Miss., died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011.
Mr. Spoon was a technician with Howard Industries.
He is survived by his wife, Joy Meadows Spoon; daughter, Jenna Spoon; parents, Edward (Kim) Spoon and Jane (Terry) Brown; grandmothers, Glenda Foster Spoon and Frances Buisson; brothers, Eric Spoon, David Brown, Joshua Eschete and Christopher Brown; sisters, Mary Spoon, Rachel Eschete and Heidi Hebert; nieces, Emily and Chloe Spoon; and father-in-law, Pete Meadows.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, David Buisson and John Spoon.
He is buried at Matthews Cemetery in Jones County, Miss.
Pallbearers were Larry Price, Blake Boykin, Marc Mosley, Jon Mosley, Manuel Matus and Stan Mott.
Honorary pallbearers were Patrick Buisson, Thomas Valentine, Chris Hodgson and Chris Sharp.
