Betty Granger Manuel, a native of Eunice, La., and a resident of Luling, La., died at 7 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Wedney Manuel; son, Timothy (Glenda) Manuel; daughter, Linda (Richard) Carter; brother, Ernest Granger; sister, Hazel LaComb; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Relis and Dorzenia Granger; and brother, Lawrence Granger.
Interment was at St. Ann Cemetery in Mamou, La. (Falgout)
