Beverly Ann Pellegrin Theriot, 81, a native of Chauvin, La., and resident of Bourg, La., died at 1:48 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2017.
Mrs. Theriot was a parishioner of St. Ann Catholic Church. She was a registered nurse at TGMC for 30 years, a member of the Regional Military Museum and was instrumental in starting the original Battered Woman’s Shelter in Houma. She loved gardening, crafts, needlework and sewing.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wildrow Joseph Theriot; sons, Leslie (Sherri) and James (Cindy) Theriot; daughter, Maureen (Rick) Bergeron; brothers, Samuel (Patti) and Milka (Tammy) Pellegrin; sisters, Bobbie (Alvin) LeCompte, Gwen Proft, Wendy Jennings and Mary (Delton) Perrodin; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Francis de Sales No. 2 Cemetery in Houma.
