Blanche Schexnayder Oncale, 85, a native of Vacherie, La., and resident of Choupic, La., died Monday, April 18, 2011.
She is survived by her children, Claiborne “C.J.” (Priscilla), Wayne, Kevin (Carol) and Marvin (Stephanie) Oncale, Karen (Autry) Thibodaux and Susan Leblanc; brother, Ernest Schexnayder; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Claiborne Oncale Sr.; parents, Aurelien and Marie Evelie Schexnayder; brothers, Denis and Fernand Schexnayder; sisters, Elodie and Evelina Falgoust, Cecile Brazan and Agnes Kraemer; and one grandson, Bentlee Oncale.
She is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
