Bonnie Alexander, 72, a longtime resident of Morgan City, La., died Friday, Feb. 4, 2011.
Mrs. Alexander was above all a born again believer. She loved Jesus with all her heart, soul, and strength. She was the perfect depiction of a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Bonnie gave of her time and resources every chance she could. She always enjoyed a cup of coffee and a good conversation with whomever came to her door. Bonnie loved family gatherings and having a hot meal ready for her family at a moment’s notice.
She is survived by her son, Bryan (Joyce) Alexander; daughters, Tracy (Christopher) Mixon and Christa (William) Wright; sister, Judy (Danny) Mayon; seven grandchildren, Bradley Alexander, Steve Barousse, Kelly Alexander, Bethany Nelson, Bonnie LeDoux, Corey LeDoux and Shelby Wright; and four great-grandchildren, Stevie, Colin, Brady and Oliver Clyde.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Alexander; parents, Elmore and Mildred Robicheaux; and her brother, Bobby Robicheaux.
She is buried at Morgan City Cemetery. (Hargrave)
