Braxton John Hebert, 7, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Mathews, La., died Monday, August 20, 2007.


He is survived by his father, Chad Hebert and his fiancé Kimberly Eues; his mother, Amy Hebert; paternal grandparents, R.J. “Buck” and Judy Hebert; maternal grandfather, Daniel Talbot; and his great-grandmother, Winnie Adams.


He was preceded in death by his nine-year-old sister, Camille Catherine Hebert; and his grandmother, Wylene Talbot.

Braxton attended Lockport Lower Elementary School. He enjoyed playing baseball. He was a member of Kings Kids Victory of Life Church. He is now in heaven with his sister and all the angels in the loving presence of God. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Visitation is Wednesday, August 22, 2007, from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport, La., and Thursday, August 23, 2007, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with the funeral to follow at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Mathews. He will be buried in Resurrection Memorial Park in Mathews.

An additional Memorial service will be held Sunday, August 26, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. at Victory Life Church in Lockport.

Falgout Funeral Home of Lockport is in charge of the arrangements.
