May 3, 2010Carl M. Rupe Sr., 87, a native of Star City, Ark., and resident of Lockport, La., died Monday, April 19, 2010 at Lafayette General Hospital.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Elsie Campeau Rupe; son, Carl (Suzanne) Rupe Jr.; daughter, Beryl (Gil) Dupré; brother, Robert (Jimmie) Rupe; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
