Cathleen Borne Chaisson, 70, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, April 11.
She is survived by her husband, Henry P. Chiasson; children, Brent Chiasson of Thibodaux, Kathy Rivere Richard and husband Timothy of Plaquemine, La., Brian J. Rivere of Thibodaux, Bridget Rivere Bradford and husband Michael of Searcy, Ar., and Linda Rivere Benoit of Thibodaux; brother, Roland Borne of Thibodaux; 18 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alphonse J. Borne and Bridget Naquin Borne; brothers, Carroll and Russell Borne; and sister, Nellie Borne Papa.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, April 13, at Thibodaux Funeral Home and 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church with burial at the church cemetery.
Landry’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
