Cecil Paul Mayeur Sr., 54, a native of Valentine, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died Thursday, April 28, 2011.
He is survived by his mother, Dolores Ancalade Guidroz; son, Cecil (Mary) Mayeur Jr.; daughter, Celia Alanna Marie (Jamie) Brunet; brothers, Louis Jr., Jerome Sr. and Donald Sr.; half-brothers, Harris Guidroz Jr., and Craig and Anthony Mayeur; sisters, Paulette Pitre and Krine Wale; half-sister, Jackie Mayeur; and three grandchildren, Jayne Brunet, K’mee Mayeur and Cassidee Boudreaux.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harris Guidroz Sr. and Louis C. Mayeur Sr.
He is buried at Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
