Cecile “Teil” Irene Daigle Landry, 87, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died at 9:37 a.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2007.
Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
She is survived by one half-sister, Rosa Dell Martin of Houma; one sister-in-law, Agnes Daigle of Houma; four nieces, Lelia Luke, Patsy Portier, Betty Bergeron and Sandra Bonham; one nephew, Donald Martin; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ferdinand F.W. Landry; her parents, Louis Daigle and Mildred Porche Daigle; and one brother, Thaddies Daigle.
She was a homemaker and a member of Bayou Blue United Methodist Church.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
