Sheriff’s ranges give public a new target
March 11, 2010Celina Robichaux Theriot, 93, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died on Monday, March 1, 2010, in Larose.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Richard) Compeaux of Larose; sons, Philip (Mary Ann) of Lumberton, Miss., David (Judy), Leonard (Valerie) and Kenneth (Gloria), all of Raceland; brothers, Denis and Albert Robichaux, both of Raceland; sisters, Theresa Sampey, Alice Borne and Marguerite Guidry, all of Raceland; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cyrus Theriot; parents, Louis and Clothilde Mayet Robichaux; brother, Abe Robichaux; sisters, Linda Babin and Mary Jane Baudoin; great-grandson, Aidan Theriot; and daughter-in-law, Sylvia Theriot.
Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, March 5, at St. Hillary Catholic Church in Mathews. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11 a.m. at the church.
She will be buried at St. Mary Catholic Mausoleum in Raceland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mrs. Theriot’s memory to Holy Savior Catholic School of Lockport are appreciated.
Falgout’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
