Senior Master Sergeant Chad Michael Maronge, 44, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Waukashaw, Wis., died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013.
Mr. Maronge served in the U.S. Air Force for 26 years during which he received numerous awards including the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, Combat Readiness Medal, Good Conduct Medal and National Defense Service Medal.
He is survived by his wife, Nicole Maronge; son, Jacob Maronge; daughters, Meghan and Morgan Maronge; parents, Michael and Kathryn Maronge; and sister, Michelle (Brad) Verret.
Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, and 8 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, at Chauvin Funeral Home with services to follow. Burial will be at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. (Chauvin)
