Charles Allen Martin, 78, a native of Martinsville, Miss., and resident of Houma, La., died at 6:51 p.m. Saturday, March 10, 2012.
Mr. Martin was a member of First Baptist Church of Houma. He was an avid sportsman, hunter and fisherman and a member of the Dularge Hunting Club for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Martin; sons, Charles and John (Alicia) Martin; daughters, Pamela Martin and Veronica (Rick) Ford; brother, David Martin; sister, Theresa Talley; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Vera Martin; son, Garth Martin; and brother, Albert Joseph Martin.
Burial was at Osyka Cemetery in Osyka, Miss. (Chauvin)
