Charles Ralph Sinclair and Marjorie de la Bretonne Sinclair, longtime residents of Houma, La., died in Hattiesburg, Miss.


Mr. Sinclair was owner of Kajan Supply Co. and R. Sinclair Jewelers, and Mrs. Sinclair taught mathematics in the Terrebonne Parish school system for many years. They were parishioners of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, where Mr. Sinclair was active in the Knights of Columbus and St. Vincent de Paul Society.

They are survived by their son, C. Richard (Marlyn) Sinclair; daughter, Dr. Barbara (Dr. R.D.) Ellender; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

They are interred at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
