Toll revenue not enough to make bond payments

Christine Guy Alexander, 68, a native and resident of Patoutville, La., died at 8 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011.
She is survived by her sons, Charles III and Jimmy Alexander, and Travis and Delvon Guy; daughters, Dora Scott, Charlestina Sam, Ida Phillips, Robin Espana, Cynthia Alexander, Donna Bowie and Jamasian Guy; brothers, Douglas Jr., Kennedy, Junius and Roland Guy; sisters, Eldora Williams, Daisy Romar and Florestine Hills; 19 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
She is buried at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. (Jones)
