Chrystal Doucet, 24, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, La., died Saturday, September 13.


She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Becky and Uriah Lasseigne; her father, Teddy Callais Jr.; one son, Peyton Michael Parr; one daughter, Logan Ann Cheramie; her grandparents, Lena Lyons and Mr. and Mrs. Teddy Callais Sr.; five brothers, Bobby Wescovich, Teddy Callais III, Nicholas Callais, Mikie Wescovich Jr. and Christopher Wescovich; and three sisters, Lena Lyons, Alex Lyons and Breanna Lyons.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bobbie W. Doucet and Edison “Sonny” Doucet.


She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off, La.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be set up at State Bank in Golden Meadow.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday, September 17, at Sacred Heart Catholic

Church with mass to follow. She will be buried at the church cemetery.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off is in charge of the arrangements.
