Toll revenue not enough to make bond payments

Clara Ann Parfait Dion, 68, a native of Dulac, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 10:50 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011.
Mrs. Dion was a retired food service technician for the Terrebonne Parish School Board. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Autry Dion; daughters, Melanie (David Robling) Dion and Tiffanie (Brad) DeHart; son, Archie (Lauren Giessinger) Dion; 11 grandchildren, Olivia Cochran, Sgt. Brandon Dion (Active Military U.S. Marine Corps), Chad Gentry, Corey and Julian Dion, Evans, Kaleob, Madison and Logan DeHart, Selby and Kolby Robling; four great-grandchildren, Natalie and Elijah Cochran, and Blaise and Sophia Dion; and brothers, Kirvin and Paul Oris Parfait.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alidore and Frances Francis Parfait; daughter, Natalie Ann Gentry; two brothers; and two sisters.
She is buried at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. (Chauvin)
