Clarabelle (Penny) Tower Allison, 81, a native of Warren, Pa., and a resident of Gibson, La., died Monday, October 6, at 1:45 a.m.
She is survived by her brother, Leonard E. Tower of Warren; sister, Verna Mae Phelps of Warren; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Allison; parents, Carl W. and Bessie Marsh Tower; son, James Bruce Allison; brother, Walter L. Tower; and sister, Beatrice Babcock and Virginia Childs.
She was a parishioner of First United Pentecostal Church.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, October 11, at 6306 N. Bayou Black Rd. in Gibson.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
