Clarence “Reff” “Ralph” Breaux Jr., 66, a resident of Des Allemands, LA. and a native of Gueydan, LA., died Wednesday, April 18, 2007.
Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday and from 10 to 1:30 p.m. Friday at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland, LA. A religious service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the St. Gertrude Cemetery in Des Allemands.
He is survived by his companion, Lorena Braud; his sons, Gene Breaux Sr. and Theodore “Teddy” Loupe; his daughter, Brenda Breaux; his brother, Gayle Breaux; his sisters, Alice Chesson and Shirley Duraso; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa Billiot Breaux; his parents, Clarence Breaux Sr. and Lydie Broussard Breaux; his daughter, Sheila Dufrene; his brothers, Melvin and Terrance “Bud” Breaux; and his sisters, Ella Mae Fredrick, Jean Vincent, and Florence Latolois.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
