Clarence J. “Beb” Danos, passed away peacefully Saturday, November 22, at Terrebonne General Medical Center after complications of a long illness and pneumonia.

He was born June 28, 1921, he was 87. Husband of the late Elaine Daigle Danos; father of Emily D. Adams (husband Michael) of Raceland, La., and the late Irving J. Danos (wife Sandra); three grandchildren, Tanya Procell, Darrell Danos, and the late Jessica Adams; six great grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; son of the late Euclide P. and Clara B. Danos; brother of Gertie Zeringue of Raceland, Norman Danos of Ponchatoula, La., Norris Danos, Euclide Danos, Jr. of Raceland and the late Nolan Danos.


He was a native of Raceland, resided in Harvey, La., for 25 years and returned to reside in Raceland in 1975.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, November 25, at 12 p.m. at St. Bridget Catholic Church, 100 Hwy 311, Schriever, La., with interment at the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at St. Bridget Catholic Church 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
