Terrebonne’s derelict vessel removal first phase complete
June 22, 2011Clifton Joseph Peltier, 74, a native of New Iberia, La., and a resident of Morgan City, La., died Sunday, June 19, 2011.
Mr. Peltier worked many years in the marine and trucking industry as a crane operator for Tidewater Marine and Patterson Truck Lines. He loved his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were the loves of his life.
He is survived by his daughters, Roxanna Cormier, Debra Benoit, Brenda Rushing, Leigh LaGrange, Gail Barber and Peggy Dempster; nephew, Johnny Peltier; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tellis and Eunis Peltier; three brothers; and one sister.
Burial was at Franklin Cemetery. (Hargrave)
