Clinton “T-Boy” Lirette, 67, a native and resident of Chauvin, La., died Wednesday, March 5, at 8:48 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Geraldine “Deany” Menard Lirette; parents, Randolph and Hazel Dupre Lirette; sons, Wayne Lirette and wife Veronica, and David Lirette and wife Elizabeth “Liz” Lirette; brothers, Norris Lirette and wife Aurolyn, and Tony Lirette and companion Barbara; sisters, Walterine LeBouef, Lucy Green, Lois Trahan and Rose Lirette; sister-in-law, Bonnie Lirette; grandchildren, Candice Moon and husband Rodney, Nikki Lirette and companion Brandon Scott, Melissa LeCompte and husband Cody, David “D.J.” Lirette Jr. and Lucy Martin; and great-grandchildren, Cody, Cameron and Collin LeCompte, Quinton Moon, Jeremy Martin, Altantis Cox, Reggie Jr. and Devin Mack and Savannah Moon on the way.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Anita Dupre and Albert and Ida Lirette; and brother, Johnny Lirette.
Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, March 7, and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, March 8, at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Chauvin. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 8, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin. He will be buried in the church cemetery.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
