Council restricts multi-colored tombs
January 23, 2012Daisy Labat Falgoust, 90, native and resident of Vacherie, La., died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012.
She is survived by her sons, Gerald (Judy) and Francis Falgoust; sisters, Ella Buquoi and Aline Folse; brother, Edmond Labat; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Falgoust; second husband, Francois Falgoust; parents, Louis and Anita Labat; brothers, Willie, Nelson and Edward Labat; sister, Maire Schexnayder; an infant sister; and grandsons, Gerald Jr. and Mathew Falgoust.
Interment was at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church Cemetery in Vacherie. (Landry’s)
