Dale Anthony Hebert, 58, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2007.
He is survived by his brothers, Ronald and wife, Charlotte, Howard III and wife, Josephine, both of Houma, and Dane Hebert of Lake Tahoe, Nv.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Francis Jr. and Aimee Trahan Hebert; his grandparents, Howard F. Sr. and Gertrude Chauvin Hebert and Joseph and Agnes Robichaux Trahan; and his sister, Judy Ann Hebert.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
