Deanna Maria Carlos LeCompte, 72, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Chauvin, La., died at 10:45 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010.
She is survived by her son, Peter (Kristin Wanner) LeCompte; grandson, Ross LeCompte; brothers, Gregory Sr., Kenneth, Alan and Kirk Carlos; and sisters, Janet LeBouef and Debra Dufrene.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald “Chuck” Joseph LeCompte; parents, Illey Mathew and Gladys Eve Falgout Carlos; one infant son; and one sister, Marietta Chaisson.
She is buried at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
