Delina Dardar Guidry, 65, a native of Pointe-aux-Chenes, La. and resident of Grand Caillou, La., died at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 1, 2006.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Dec. 3, 2006 at Samart Funeral Home and from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Dec. 4, 2006 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Dec. 4, 2006 at the church, with burial in the Holy Family Catholic Cemetery No. 2

She is survived by her mother, Leodilla Dardar; three sons, Joseph Jr., Terry Sr. and Gary Guidry; three daughters, Joann Brasseaux, Mary Lajaunie and Loretta Guidry; six brothers, Gillis Sr., Levis, Edison, Dominique Jr., Jessie and Tommy Dardar; six sisters, Oxcelia Naquin, Ann Mitchell, Bernadette Dardar, Norma Chaisson, Betty Dardar and Carmen LeBouef; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Guidry Sr.; her father, Dominique Dardar Sr.; two sons, Rusley Sr. and Jim Guidry; and one brother, Leroy Dardar.

She was a homemaker and was Catholic.
