February 27, 2012Deloris Baker Cheatham, 75, a native of Barton, La., and resident of Donaldsonville, La., died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012.
Mrs. Cheatham was a retired nursing assistant.
She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Harris; son, Ulysses Baker; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave Cheatham; parents, Ruth Baker Allen and Ernest Baker Sr.; brother, Ernest Baker Jr.; and granddaughter, Aletha Cox.
Burial was at Shekinah Glory Christian Fellowship Church Cemetery in St. James, La. (Williams & Southall)
