Donald J. “T-Don” Cortez, 63, a native and resident of Kraemer, La., died at 6:25 p.m., August 15.
He is survived by three sisters, Mary Lee Simoneaux, Leontine Wald and Bonnie Thibodaux.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Camellia Rome Cortez; and one brother, Leon “T-June” Cortez Jr.
He was a parishioner of St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, August 18, at St. Lawrence the Martyr
Catholic Church with mass to follow. He will be buried at the church cemetery.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
