Lafourche permit office tries to stymie
April 21, 2011Donatien Joseph Danos, 87, a native and resident of St. Charles Community, La., died Thursday, April 14, 2011.
Mr. Danos was a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. He was a member of Farm Bureau Association and a retired sugarcane farmer. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by Kate Toups Danos; sons, Terry and Edward Danos; daughters, Catherine Block and Mary Brassette; brother, Phillip Danos; sisters, Earline Zeringue and Eloise Bourgeois; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Lillian Foret Danos; four brothers, Milton, Johnny, Cullen and Harvey Danos; and one sister, Irene Zeringue.
He is buried at St. Mary Cemetery. (Falgout)
