March 19, 2014Doris A. Arceneaux, 74, a resident of Gibson, La., died Saturday, March 15, 2014.
Mrs. Arceneaux was an amazing lady who enjoyed being outdoors. She had quite a green thumb and her flowers, plants and vegetables where always in bloom and beautiful. She enjoyed her taking care of her many animals.
She is survived by her sons, Clint and Gordon (Alicia) Arceneaux; daughter, Laura (Ben) Carter; special friend, Erine Gaeza; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Arceneaux Jr.; parents, Herbert and Laura Arseneaux; sisters, Vera Moser and Dorothy Arseneaux; and brother, Herbert Arseneaux.
Burial is at St. Patrick Cemetery. (Hargrave)
