Doris Eva Breaux Trahan, 88, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, April 30, at 10 p.m.
She is survived by her daughter, Judith “Judy” Breaux of Houma; grandchildren, Ralph Hebert, Steve Hebert, Kim Hebert, Danette Breaux Lirette and Melissa Breaux Bonvillain; great-grandchildren, Christian Hebert, Cameron Hebert, Brandi Hebert, Heather Hebert, Beanie Hebert, Kaci Hebert, Matthew Hebert, Jennifer Lirette, Lacey Bonvillain, Trista Bonvillain and Faith Bonvillain; and great-great-grandchild, Hayden Darsey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John “T-Nom” Trahan; her parents, Eugene Breaux Sr. and Eva Breaux; daughter, Betty Hebert; grandson, Reggie Breaux; brothers, Edmond, Oscar, Edgar, Eugene Jr. and Irvin Breaux; and sister, Mildred Marcel.
She was a retired custodian with Terrebonne Parish School Board and a member of the Ladies Altar Society. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
She was buried at St. Anthony Catholic Church Cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
