Doris Guidry Schexnaydre McGriff

Doris Guidry Schexnaydre McGriff, 86, a native of Lockport La., and resident of Ruston, La., died Friday, Dec. 20, 2013.

Mrs. McGriff was a member of the VFW Auxiliary Unit 3700 and American Legion Auxiliary Unit 31. She was a charter member of the Catholic Daughters of America-St. Bridget of Sweden.

She is survived by her husband, Harold McGriff; son Eddie Jr. (Sharon) Schexnaydre; daughter, Susan Lemley; stepchildren, Harold Jr. (Linda) and Sandy McGriff and Dianne (Ernest) Price; and numerous grandchildren, step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

Burial is at St. Bridget Catholic Church Cemetery. (Chauvin)
