Dorothy Judith “Judy” Rivet Boudreaux, 58, a resident of Baton Rouge, La., died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011.
A self-made woman whose generosity knew no bounds, she was a beloved mother to her children as well as to numerous FIJI brothers. She loved to cook almost as much as she loved feeding her friends. When not renovating houses, she was living life with gusto.
She is survived by her children, Oliver and Micah Boudreaux; siblings, Connie Rivet Swanner Sullivan, Patricia Rivet Bourg and Edward Rivet III; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, James Fredrick Rivet; and parents, Dr. Edward and Judith Dorothy McMahon Rivet. (Rabenhorst)
