Dorothy Trosclair Legendre, 88, a native of Chackbay, La., and resident of Marrero, La., died Tuesday, May 24, 2011.
Mrs. Legendre retired as a nurse’s aide with West Jefferson Medical Center after serving 32 years.
She is survived by her children, Terry (Eleanor) Legendre, Cheryl Ann (Daniel) Dufrene and Cheryl Lee (Johnny) Rojas; one grandchild, Todd LeGlue; and siblings, Wilver and Raymond Trosclair, Audrey and Thelma Morvant and Betty Joyce Clement.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Adley J. Legendre; parents, Valcour and Ella Trosclair; and sibling, Raines Adams.
She is buried at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church Cemetery. (Mothe)
