Duane P. Bernard, 53, a native of Lafourche Parish, La., and resident of Chackbay, La., died Monday, Dec. 30, 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Dawn Bernard; parents, Octave and Leah Bernard; son, Andrew Bergeron; daughters, Zoe and Cloe Clause and Angelina Pellegrin; brothers, Todd and Jace (Kristi) Bernard; and sister, Melanie (Dennis) LeBlanc.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery. (Samart)
