Up Close: Ellender basketball coach shares secrets of success

Earl “E.J.” Adams, 82, a native and resident of Larose, La. died Sunday, December 9, 2007.
He is survived by his wife, Bessie Mae Adams; two sons, Lefty and Karl Adams; one sister, Myrtle Mathern; seven grandchildren; and six, great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edmond and Louise Adams; and one daughter, Barbara Adams.
Earl was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose. He was a retired employee with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.
Visitation is Thursday, December 13, 2007, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with the funeral to follow at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He will be buried in the church cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
