Earline Terrebonne Pitre, 78, native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Cut Off, La., died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010.

Mrs. Pitre was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a member of the Catholic Daughters. She was a sales woman and district manager for Field Enterprise, World Book Encyclopedia.


She is survived by her husband, Constant “Bill” Pitre; sons, Billy (Emilie) and Danny Pitre; daughters, Laura (Hank) Wagner, Clara McDonald, and Celeste (Stephen) Molaison; brothers, Maurice “Mike” and Rodney “P.T.” Terrebonne; sister, Irene Kern; seven grandchildren, Erin Doucet, Lauren Raborn, Paul and Jeffrey McDonald, Claire and Garrett Molaison and Samuel Pitre; and three great-grandchildren, Derin and Dominic Doucet, and William Raborn.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Dominic and Natilde Cheramie Terrebonne; three brothers, Irvy “Boon”, Leo, and infant brother, Udis Terrebonne; five sisters, Gusta Adams, Hazel Dupre, Eleonore Danos, Leonise “NanNan” Terrebonne and Genevieve Doucet.

She is buried at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or masses in her honor.
