Feinberg promises improvement for claimants

Earnestine Smith Redmond, 63, a native of Montegut, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011.
Mrs. Redmond was a Baptist and a CNA at Bethany Nursing Home of New Orleans, La.
She is survived by her sons, Roosevelt Jr., Randell and Berwick Redmond; stepdaughter, Denise Youngblood; brother, Daniel Smith Jr.; sister, Riva Smith Ross; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roosevelt Redmond Sr.; parents, Daniel Sr. and Augustine Smith; and grandparents, Eddie and Elsie P. Redmond, and Isiah and Paige Smith.
She is buried at Southdown Cemetery.
