Eddie B. Moore, 95, a native of Elba, Ala., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, March 22, 2014.
Mr. Moore was a U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force veteran who was awarded three bronze stars for his service. He retired from McDermott after 30 years of service as a dredge captain and was a 32nd Degree Mason.
He is survived by his sons, Speedy and Randy Moore; daughter, Wanda LeBlanc; sisters, Lucille Garner and Bonnie Oliver; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nina Moore; parents, Milton and Nina Moore; brothers, Fontell, Ray, Roy, James, George and M.J.; sister, Winnie Britton; and one grandchild.
Burial is at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray, La. (Thibodaux)
