Eddress Marie Rogers Foret, 73, a native of Lockport, La., and resident of Bayou Blue, La., died at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011.
She is survived by sons, Rory (Anita) and Burt Foret; daughters, Nina (Louis) Eschete, Gwen Daigle and Lori Darcey; brothers, Herman and Roy Rogers; sister, Mable Pichauffe; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eusebe Reeves and Clemilla Rogers; son, Jerry Foret; grandchild, Justin Daigle; brothers, E.J. and Houston Rogers; and sister, Ella Quatrevingt.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28, at St. Louis Catholic Church with mass to follow. Burial will be at Rogers Cemetery. (Samart)
