Edith Eschete Bourg, 70, a resident of Houma, La., died at 7:07 a.m. Friday, Oct. 15, 2010.
Mrs. Bourg was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene Bourg; sons, Eugene Jr. “Joe” (Susie), David (Annette), Adam (Marie) and Thomas (Toni Faye) Bourg; daughter, Edith Mary Sherrill; seven grandchildren, Amber, Ammie, Chad and Aaron Sherrill, and Josie, Thomas Jr. and Tyler Bourg; five great-grandchildren, Trinity Osteen, Dallas Rose, Mason Sherrill, Kyle Sherrill and Alaya Lebouef; and two brothers, Wilbert Jr. “Bill” and Ronnie Eschete.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbert Sr. and Edith Duplantis Eschete.
She is buried at St. Frances de Sales Cemetery.
