Edith Galjour Cheramie, 91, a native of Larose, La., and a resident of Cut Off, La., died Tuesday, January 08, 2008, at 3:15 a.m.
She is survived by her husband Elie J. Cheramie.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Emile and Eugene Bourgeois Galjour; one brother, Harold J. Galjour; and two sisters, Theresa Galjour Cheramie and Inez Galjour Gaspard.
Edith was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Visitation is Thursday, January 10, 2008, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off. She will be buried in the church cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
