Edith Malbrough Jaccuzzo, 71, a native and resident of Bayou Blue, La., died Monday, January 21, 2008, at 7:45 p.m.


She is survived by three sons, Johnny Jaccuzzo and fiancee’, Dedorah S. Hodovsky, Randy Jaccuzzo and wife, Melanie, and Craig Jaccuzzo and wife, Kelly; six daughters, Tammy Schexnadyer and husband, Ted, Deena Rodrigue and husband, Bonin, Cathy Laliberte and husband, Rocky, Mary Thornton and Micki Rodrigue and husband, Timmy, and Joan Schexnayder and husband, Joey; brother, Norris Malbrough; sisters, Irma Smith and Corinne Edwards; 17 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald “Mickey” Jaccuzzo; her parents, Menville Malbrough and Adeline Porche Malbrough; five brothers, Nelson, Hanson, Lucious, Lonnie and Percy Malbrough; and three sisters, Ella M. Chaisson, Gloria M. Callagan and Vernice Orgeron.

Edith was a homemaker.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, January 24, 2008, and from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 25, 2008 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, La., with religious services to follow. She will be buried in Rogers Cemetery.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
