Edith P. Pitre, 85, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died Tuesday, March 8, 2011.
Mrs. Pitre was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She is survived by her son, Larry (Coreen) Pitre; daughter, Lydia (Bill) Brugier; brothers, Eddie and Edward Pitre; sister, Hazel Redmond; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Pitre; parents, Mark and Judith L. Pitre; two brothers, Clarence and Mark Pitre; and one grandchild.
She is buried at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery in Cut Off, La. (Falgout)
