Edna Robinson Nevill, 56, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday, January 03, 2008.


She is survived by her husband, Eugene Nevill; one son, Eddie Carter III; one daughter, Danielle Woolens; two sisters, Gertrude Brown and Ida Mae Davis; and seven grand children.


She was preceded in death by her parents, “Tully” Alexis and Louisa Robinson; four brothers, Freddie “Mitt” Price, Murphy “Lil Man” Brown, Scuddy Brown, and George Robinson, Jr.; and three sisters, Delores Price, Lela Arcement, and Dorothy.

She was Baptist and a member of St. Peter Baptist Church in Thibodaux.

Visitation is Wednesday, January 9, 2008, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with the funeral to follow at St. Peter Baptist Church. She will be buried in the church cemetery.

Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
