April 8, 2010Edrith Labit Toups, 96, a native of Bayou Blue, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 4:55 a.m. Sunday, March 28, 2010.
Mrs. Toups was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church and a nurse’s aide for Terrebonne General Medical Center.
She is survived by her son, Raymond Toups; six grandchildren, Randall Toups, Vicki Picou, Angela Beaudry, Pamela Toups, Bonnie Knobloch and Kerry Toups; eight great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Dolores Deroche and Bernice Pontiff.
She is buried at St. Louis Catholic Church Cemetery.
