Edward Aloysius Sandoz, 91, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014.
Mr. Sandoz was a loving husband and a wonderful father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
He is survived by his wife, Maude Sandoz; son, Robert Sandoz; daughters, Adrienne Duhe, Lynn (Jeff) March and Cindy (Derek) Gilstrap; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Odile Sandoz; four brothers; and one sister.
Visitation will be 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, at Chauvin Funeral Home with Liturgy of the Word to follow. Burial will be at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. (Chauvin)
