Behind basin restoration, Maloz leads
October 27, 2011Ella Nora Carlos Gutierrez, 77, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 9:25 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011.
Mrs. Gutierrez enjoyed being with her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Diana (Warren Sr.) Liner and Roxann (Parnell) Bourg; brothers, Andrew Carlos and Constant, Gary, Sterling and Desire Callahan; sister, Geraldine Liner; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolfo Gutierrez; parents, Bartholmew Carlos and Azalie Callahan; brothers, Randolph, Willie, Norris and Oris Carlos; and sisters, Dolores Rosamond, June Boudreaux, Hilda Duplantis, Dorothy Lirette and Auilla Pellegrin.
Burial was at St. Eloi Catholic Church Cemetery. (Chauvin)
