State’s higher-education plot line is very predictable

November 5, 2010Elnora V. Etienne, 86, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Friday, Oct. 29, 2010.
Ms. Etienne was Baptist and a member of New Rising Sun Baptist Church. She was a retired educator with the Lafourche Parish School Board.
She is survived by her sister, Louise Matthews.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6 at New Rising Sun Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
